COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Blue Jackets brought in center Owen Sillinger on a one-year, two-way contract.

Sillinger made his NHL debut with the Blue Jackets in 2025 against the Seattle Kraken. He originally signed a two-way deal with Columbus in July 2024.

“Owen is a smart, dependable, two-way forward who brings a strong work ethic every day,” said Waddell. “We are pleased to bring him back and look forward to him continuing to provide valuable depth and experience to our organization.”

The Saskatchewan native scored 50 goals and assisted on 98 goals with the Cleveland Monsters since making his pro debut in 2021.

In 2026, he set an AHL single-season career high in goals, power-play goals and shots on goal.
