Defenseman Shai Buium skated in his second full season with the Griffins and accumulated 14 points (3-11—14), eight penalty minutes and a minus-two rating in 36 regular-season games. The 23-year-old suffered an injury during the NHL preseason and missed the opening 32 games of the season with the Griffins. Buium made his season debut on Jan. 9 against the Texas Stars, and his three goals this campaign set a new career best.
