EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Cayden Lindstrom, a top-five pick in last year’s NHL Draft, has committed to play for Michigan State in the 2025-26 season.
Lindstrom, from British Columbia, Canada, was selected fourth overall by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2024 NHL Draft.
Lindstrom played for the Medicine Hat Tigers of the WHL this past season but missed the entire regular season with a back injury. He returned in the playoffs and tallied two goals and two assists in four games.
