A Kent Hughes and Montreal Canadiens acquisition is receiving another vote of confidence.
The two players will play together at the University of Michigan next season in the NCAA.
Hage’s decision to return particularly stood out to Reid.

For Reid, that decision reflects just how serious Hage is.
Returning to continue his development while also chasing a national title says plenty about his mindset.
Hage is joining a motivated group.
Will Horcoff and Adam Valentini are also returning, while Michigan is welcoming Landon DuPont, who is viewed as a future first overall pick in the draft.
Michael Hage’s patient development could make the wait worthwhile
For the Canadiens, seeing one of their top prospects receive that kind of support from his own teammates and from those who know him best can only be positive.
Continuing his development at the college level without rushing the process could benefit Michael Hage in the long run… even if we’re all disappointed that we won’t get to see him with the Canadiens right away.
We can’t wait to see him in a Montreal Canadiens uniform, and we can’t wait to see him contribute to the team’s success. One thing is certain: the wait could be worth it.
