He’s a good conduit for me between our team.”He further stated, “I think he’s very, very well respected in our dressing room. It meant a lot to me that he showed up on the day I was announced as head coach. I think we’ve had some very good face-to-face conversations, some phone conversations. He’s going to be somebody along with our leadership group that I lean a lot on. You talked about the grind of the season and those kinds of things that we have to make sure we’re on the same page.”Apart from Mark Stone, the Golden Knights also signed forward Braeden Bowman to a six-year, $20.4 million contract ($3.4 million AAV) that also starts next season.
