Penn State men’s hockey associate head coach Keith Fisher has been hired by the Lindenwood Lions as its next head coach, according to Andy Strickland.

Lindenwood University has hired @PennStateMHKY Associate Coach Keith Fisher as the new Head Coach of the men’s Ice Hockey program. An official announcement is expected Monday. @LULionsHockey

Fisher had spent seven seasons as associate head coach for the Nittany Lions, while being with the team for 13 years.

During his time at Penn State, he helped the team get to its first Frozen Four appearance and a regular-season conference championship, making history for the program.
