Rasmus Ristolainen left Saturday’s game against the Carolina Hurricanes after blocking a shot (reports point to the left hand/arm area). He briefly returned for one shift in the third before being ruled out for the rest of the night and was set for re-evaluation on Sunday.

Positive signs since then:
He’s traveling with the Flyers on their road trip (starting tonight in Tampa Bay).
Team social media showed him with the group heading to the plane, with no cast, sling, or visible protection on the hand.
No defenseman was called up, so the current group of seven is making the trip.

It’s still not an official “cleared to play” confirmation yet (morning skate/status should clarify things later today), but the fact that he’s on the trip and not wrapped up is a clear relief after the initial scare. Flyers fans have seen enough of his injury history that this is a welcome development.
