ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The St. Louis Blues are coming out to tell fans why they can’t get their games on DirecTV and Comcast.
In a social media post the morning after the first home game of the season, the team wrote, “Blue Note+ is available through Spectrum, Fubo, and Prive Video. DirecTV/Uverse and Comcast have declined to accept the same fair market terms. Contact your provider to tell them you want Blue Note+.”
According to the Blues, DirecTV/Uverse and Comcast did not accept the same fair market deal terms agreed upon between the NHL/Blues and Spectrum and Fubo. The team said that there is no higher cast put forward to either provider to carry the games.
“The NHL and the Blues stand ready to agree to the same contractual terms with DIRECTV/Uverse and Comcast as has been agreed to with Spectrum and Fubo,” the Blues shared on their website.
