Status report
Holtz, a forward, was recalled from Henderson of the American Hockey League on Wednesday after the Golden Knights placed Wotherspoon, a defenseman, on long-term injured reserve. … St. Louis held an optional morning skate. … The Blues will dress the same lineup they used in a 2-1 win against the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday. … St. Louis coach Jim Montgomery said Toropchenko is getting close to returning, but the forward will miss his ninth straight game.
