The Maple Leafs have announced a change to their goaltending situation for the playoffs ahead of Game 5 against the Ottawa Senators.

Hildeby was joined by Joseph Woll and confirmed Game 5 starter Anthony Stolarz on Tuesday morning as he takes in the experience of playoff hockey and preparation.

As the morning skate came to an end and the goaltenders left the ice, head coach Craig Berube was asked about his rotation and if Leafs Nation may see Woll at some point this series.

“I’m just focused Stolarz right now. That’s really where I’m at. I don’t think there’s any reason change right now.”

Had the Leafs and Senators played Game 5 on Monday instead of Tuesday, we may have seen Woll start to give Stolarz an extra few days of rest after having played 9 of the Leafs last 12 games, but with how the scheduling worked, Stolarz is ready to bounce back on Tuesday night after allowing 4 goals on Saturday.

Should things go sideways for the Stanley Cup Champion, though, Woll may find his way into the net for Thursday’s Game 6.

Would you start Joseph Woll for Game 6 if Stolarz loses back to back games?
