The 2025 Stanley Cup Final has been all about high-profile fireworks … and even moreso in Game 4 on Thursday as sports super couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were in attendance for the Florida Panthers vs. the Edmonton Oilers in Game 4 …
Which the Panthers – one of Kelce’s “hometown teams” as he’s been residing and working out in Florida this offseason – losing in OT by a 5-4 score.
Florida forced overtime with a last-second, game-tying score from Sam Reinhart, at which time the national TV cameras panned to Swift and Kelce (naturally) for their reactions …
And they were as thrilled as most any hockey fan would be, with Swift seeming to say, “That was so crazy!”
And later, Swift tapped her chest and appeared to say, “My heart!” during the on-ice frenzy.
All of those actions have of course gone viral.
Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, will soon have to return to KC for the start of the defending AFC champion’s minicamp … and what is likely one last run at the Super Bowl before he retires to a life that will include work in the entertainment field and fun in the company of his pop star partner Swift.
The series is heading back to Edmonton for Game 5 on Saturday, and there is no suggestion that Swift and Kelce – who arrived at this game via helicopter – have their bags packed for Canada. But for now? They certainly got their share of thrills even though the home team lost.
