The Seattle Kraken announced new head coach Lane Lambert’s staff on Tuesday, which includes three new assistants and one notable holdover: Jessica Campbell.

The 32-year-old Campbell, the first female coach in NHL history, is set for her second season on the Kraken bench. She was promoted to an assistant role with the Kraken in 2024, coming to Seattle along with head coach Dan Bylsma from the team’s AHL affiliate, the Coachella Valley Firebirds.
Bylsma was let go by the Kraken in April after the team went 35-41-6 in his lone season at the helm.
Joining Campbell on Lambert’s staff are assistants Aaron Schneekloth and Chris Taylor, and goaltending coach Colin Zulianello.
The Kraken also announced they have retained assistant coach-video Tim Ohashi and video analyst Brady Morgan.
“I’m excited to have Aaron, Chris and Colin join our coaching staff,” Lambert said in a press release. “Each of them brings a wealth of experience and a unique voice to the locker room, and Colin’s familiarity with the goalies in our system will be a huge benefit heading into the upcoming season.”

The 46-year-old Schneekloth spent the last two seasons as head coach of the Colorado Eagles in the AHL.
Taylor, 53, was an assistant coach with the New Jersey Devils the last five seasons. He played 149 career NHL games from 1995 to 2004 with the Buffalo Sabres, Boston Bruins and New York Islanders.
Zulianello, 46, comes to Seattle after three years in the organization as Coachella Valley’s goaltending coach.
The 60-year-old Lambert was hired as the third head coach in Kraken history late last month.
