HARTWICK IS FACING A DUI CHARGE AFTER COUNTY OFFICIALS SAY HE CRASHED A COUNTY OWNED VEHICLE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS PARKING GARAGE IN APRIL, COURT DOCUMENTS SAY HE ADMITTED TO DRINKING A HALF A BOTTLE OF VODKA BEFORE THE CRASH.
