ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The Flyers finished a second round loaded with picks by snagging Matthew Gard.

The selection was the Flyers’ fourth in Round 2 of the 2025 NHL draft Saturday afternoon.

Gard is a 6-foot-5, 195-pound center who had 19 goals and 36 points in 2024-25 for the WHL’s Red Deer Rebels.
