FLORENCE, S.C. (WMBF) – The new hockey team coming to the Pee Dee is set to announce the team name next week.
Officials said the name and contest winner will be revealed on May 5 at 3:00 p.m.
The contest kicked off last month following the team announcement.

The winner will receive a jersey, a pair of season tickets, be a part of the first puck drop, and get to be in the locker room for the first Pre-Game Speech of the season.
