Toronto Maple Leafs forward Steven Lorentz has a new ring to add to his collection.

The 28-year-old tied the knot with his partner, Erin, after proposing in 2023.

It’s been a busy summer for Lorentz after his first season in Toronto. He’s been spotted all over the GTA participating in off-ice activities, such as golf tournaments, coaching camps, and driving the pace car at the Honda Indy, while also signing a new deal with the Leafs.

Which Leafs made it out to the wedding?

Lorentz had the help of a few of his teammates for one of the biggest days of his life.

From what we can find on social media, Lorentz saw teammates Bobby McMann and Anthony Stolarz join him on the big day. Stolarz played with Lorentz a season prior with the Florida Panthers, as the duo won the Stanley Cup in 2024.

Trying to parse the wedding invite list sheds some light on what life must be like for a non-star NHLer developing connections on and off the ice.

Planning a wedding is stressful for anyone, but there’s an added layer of difficulty where you might not even know where your home city could be at any moment.

Lorentz has bounced around the NHL quite a bit, having played for four teams in five seasons.

If he suits up for 33 more games in Toronto, they’ll become his longest-tenured franchise, despite only heading into his second year with the team. And given that he signed a new three-year deal with the organization this offseason, that seems like a pretty likely goal for the Kitchener, Ont., native to hit in the near future.

“Definitely something I take a lot of pride in, and it’s pretty cool that they put their faith in me for three more years,” Lorentz said.
