Four Vancouver Canucks games won’t be shown on Sportsnet Pacific, or any of their channels, throughout the 2025-26 National Hockey League season.
This season, the Vancouver Canucks are set to see 78 of their games broadcasted on Sportsnet, whether that be regional games on SN Pacific or national contests, such as Wednesday Night Hockey or Hockey Night in Canada.
You might be wondering about the other four games that won’t be broadcasted on Sportsnet and where you can tune in to watch those. Well, fans got the answer to that question recently on social media.
Four Vancouver Canucks games won’t be shown on Sportsnet this season
As was the case last season, when they took over Monday Night Hockey from Sportsnet, the Vancouver Canucks are set to feature a total of four times on Amazon Prime Video during the 2025-26 campaign.Their first game on this year’s schedule on Monday Night Hockey will be apart of a Canadian Thanksgiving doubleheader as they host Pius Suter and the St. Louis Blues at Rogers Arena on October 13th at 4:30 pm PT.
Two months later, on December 22nd, the Canucks will be back on Amazon Prime and it’ll have a bit more of an added meaning, with it being the club’s first game against their former Head Coach – Rick Tocchet, who is now behind the bench for the Philadelphia Flyers.
Three weeks after their clash with the Flyers, the Canucks will be back on Monday Night Hockey and on the road once again as they head to the Bell Centre in Montreal to take on a young Canadiens squad led by Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield.
Vancouver’s final contest on Amazon Prime’s Monday Night Hockey this coming season will see the club host the Ottawa Senators in an all-Canadian matchup at Rogers Arena on March 9th.
“All set for Canucks on Prime! 💙” @SportsOnPrimeCA said on X.
The future of Amazon’s Monday Night Hockey broadcasts beyond the 2025-26 campaign are unclear at the moment, as their agreement with Rogers was for the final two years of their deal with the National Hockey League – which ends after this season.
Given how well received the production was each and every Monday last season, it would be wise for the National Hockey League and Amazon Prime to work on a deal for 2026-27 and beyond.
