The latest episode of Season 2 of the Montreal Canadiens rebuild series continues to generate a lot of buzz.
There are really several interesting sequences.
In one particular moment, Martin St-Louis’ father, Normand St-Louis, is questioned by the production team of the series on Crave, and let’s just say he had a lot to say.

It was around the NHL trade deadline, and Normand St-Louis notably mentioned that at that time of year, “it is rare to see players traded for players: it’s mostly for picks.”
“Normand, with his Canadiens cap on his head, wondered if it was worth moving guys out of Montreal for picks that won’t be first-rounders and might never even make the team.”

It gave us a good laugh, and it was certainly a highlight of the episode.
I love the St-Louis family, and it was really nice to see Martin and his father interacting!
We also find out there was a deal with the Predators that never happened!
