A group of Arizona Democrats sent a letter to the Veterans Affairs chief, explaining why they think the proposed staffing cuts would hurt Arizona veterans and delay their health care. Secretary of the VA Doug Collins said cutting the department by 15% would help with getting rid of layers of bureaucracy. Critics like Rep.
