Commesso will defend the road net in Sunday’s preseason game against Minnesota, per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Commesso posted a record of 18-15-4 with four shutouts, a 2.54 GAA and a .911 save percentage in 39 appearances for AHL Rockford during the 2024-25 regular season. He will probably spend most, if not all, of this campaign in the minors.
