Gleason was placed on waivers by the Wild on Monday for the purpose of assignment to AHL Iowa.
Gleason signed a two-way contract with Minnesota at the beginning of July, and he’ll begin the 2025-26 campaign in the minors if he clears waivers. He made 36 appearances between AHL Lehigh Valley and AHL Bakersfield last year, totaling three goals, 15 assists and 16 PIM.
