We have a signing to announce within the Montreal Canadiens organization.

After playing 5 games in France this season, and collecting 3 points there, forward Anthony Poulin is now joining the Canadiens organization!

Signing Alert: Forward Anthony Poulin Joins the Montreal Canadiens Organization

He will begin his journey with the Canadiens at the third level, with the Lions.

“The Trois-Rivières Lions, affiliate of the Laval Rocket in the American League and of the Montreal Canadiens in the National League, have reached an agreement for the upcoming season with forward Anthony Poulin!”

He is indeed an intriguing power forward.

We join the Lions in welcoming him into the Montreal Canadiens organization.

Poulin, 26 years old and a native of St-Prosper (Quebec), is a 5-foot-10, 198-pound center.

He also played one game with the Laval Rocket last season.

In the QMJHL, he suited up for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada as well as the Victoriaville Tigres (32 points in 61 games in his final season there).

Don’t be surprised if we see him back with the Laval Rocket again during the season, depending of course on what happens in camp.
