The St. Louis Blues concluded their preseason with a 4-0 win over the Chicago Blackhawks last night. This morning they assigned five to their AHL affiliate the Springfield Thunderbirds. Of the five assigned three are forwards and two are defenseman. The three forwards are Dalibor Dvorsky, Aleksanteri Kaskimaki, and Otto Stenberg. The defenseman are Theo Lindstein and Leo Loof.

Dalibor Dvorsky 

Dvorsky was drafted tenth overall by the Blues in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. Last season in two games for the Blues he was held pointless and was even in plus/minus. In 61 games for the Springfield Thunderbirds, he had 45 points on 21 goals, 24 assists, and was a minus-ten. He also played in seven International games recording a goal and two assists; he was a plus-two. 

Aleksanteri Kaskimaki 

Kaskimaki played in 63 games last season for the Springfield Thunderbirds of the AHL. He had 34 points on 11 goals and 23 assists. He was a minus-six with four power-play goals and a shorthanded goal.

Otto Stenberg 

The Blues drafted Stenberg 25th overall in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. In 38 games with Springfield last season he recorded 17 points on five goals and 12 assists. He was a plus-five and had a game-winning goal. 

Theo Lindstein

Lindstein played for Brynäs IF of the SHL last season. In 44 games, he scored nine points on four goals and five assists, finishing as a plus-nine. 

Leo Loof 

Loof in 63 games at Springfield last season had 17 assists; he was a plus-two.
