Duehr was placed on waivers by the Jets on Sunday for the purpose of assignment to AHL Manitoba, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
Duehr suited up in 24 NHL games last season between Calgary and San Jose, but he was unavailable to make Winnipeg’s Opening Night roster. In those 24 outings in the NHL, the 27-year-old recorded two goals and one assist. He also scored 16 goals and 28 points in 36 AHL regular-season games last year.
