Penn State’s promotional schedule has been released.
The Nittany Lions open it up with the Frozen Four Banner Unveiling against Clarkson in the home opener on Thursday. It’ll be the first Frozen Four banner hung up in Pegula Ice Arena dedicated to the men’s hockey program.

Penn State hosts Jersey Night against LIU on Oct. 17, and the following week, it’ll be Hockey Halloween vs. Stonehill on Oct. 24 to close out the promotional nights in October.
The annual Teddy Bear Toss game, which Coach Guy Gadowsky and the team have raved about, will take place on Nov. 15 against Michigan. The Teddy Bear Toss benefits children in need, with stuffed animals thrown onto the ice that get donated through organizations like Four Diamonds.
Senior Celly night vs. RIT will be featured on Jan. 4, 2026, the second game out of the Nittany Lions’ winter break. It’ll be followed by The Mighty Nittany Lions night on Jan. 10, 2026, which is new to the promotional schedule.
The highly anticipated Wear White game concludes the promotional schedule on March 6, 2026, against Wisconsin. There are only seven promotional games compared to 10 from last year.
