The road to the Stanley Cup playoffs begins with the season opener against the New Jersey Devils.
RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — The tailgating is well underway, the fans are fired up, and the puck drops Thursday night on the Carolina Hurricanes’ new season.
The Hurricanes host the New Jersey Devils to begin the 2025 season. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. at Lenovo Center.
With some new pieces in place, Carolina is looking to improve on last year’s 47-30-5 record.
Hockey fans were in full tailgating mode ahead of the Carolina Hurricanes’ season opener Thursday night at Lenovo Center.
On a perfect fall evening, the Carolina Hurricanes prepared to take on the New Jersey Devils.
Gates officially opened at 4:30 p.m., but some fans arrived much earlier.
