Boston Bruins News & Notes:
The Bruins travel to Vegas to start a three-game road trip tonight against the Golden Knights. The Bruins flew out to Vegas early for a few days of team bonding and practice. Hampus Lindholm made the trip for Boston but will not play against the Golden Knights. The Bruins are surprisingly 7th in the NHL in Goals For (13), with ten different goal scorers chipping in for Boston.
Vegas Golden Knights News & Notes:
Vegas has been up and down to start the season, but they have yet to lose in regulation. The Golden Knights lost starting goaltender Adin Hill when he left their last game after the first period. The Golden Knights have been rumored to be signing goaltender Carter Hart to a 2-year deal, but that has yet to be finalized. Vegas has allowed the first goal in 14 consecutive games; their final three playoff games a year ago, seven preseason games, and four regular-season games.

Players To Watch:
Boston Bruins
One of the keys to Boston’s early-season success has been the play of Jeremy Swayman. The Anchorage, Alaska native has stopped 56 of 58 shots for a 2-0-0 record, 1.00 Goals Against Average, and a sparkling .966 Save Percentage.
Vegas Golden Knights
Jack Eichel, Mark Stone, and Ivan Barbashev did not play the final 7:50 of the first period against the Flames when they were benched for defensive zone turnovers that led to Calgary goals. All three players responded with points later in the game, led by Jack Eichel, who scored twice, including the eventual game winner in a 4-2 victory.
