NHL insider gives big update regarding Brock Boeser’s return to the Vancouver Canucks

On Wednesday night, Irfaan Gaffar of RinkWide Vancouver reported on X that Brock Boeser is flying to meet his teammates in Nashville and will be able to suit up for the finale of their road trip against the Predators.

“Sounds like Brock Boeser will be back with his teammates in Nashville and available to play tomorrow for the Canucks.” Gaffar said.

“Per Canucks GM Patrik Allvin, Teddy Blueger is “doubtful” to play Tue in PGH but the return from leave of Brock Boeser is a “possibility.”

Injured Filip Chytil and Jonathan Lekkerimaki flew back to Vancouver today with medical staff for further examination.” Sportsnet’s Iain MacIntyre said.

“I hope so. I heard there’s a good chance we could.” Foote said when asked if Boeser will suit up against the Nashville Predators.

Boeser, 28, has appeared in five games this season for the Vancouver Canucks where he has registered three goals – which has him tied with Filip Chytil for second on the team – and is a minus-one.

Puck drop for tonight’s game against the Nashville Predators is set for 5 p.m. PT and can be viewed in British Columbia on Sportsnet Pacific, and across Canada on Sportsnet+.
