Hayden was reassigned to AHL Coachella Valley on Wednesday.
Hayden was called up by the Kraken on Oct. 17, and he made three appearances during his time with the NHL club. He was held scoreless with seven hits and two blocked shots, but he didn’t appear in any of Seattle’s last three games and should have an opportunity to see more consistent time on the ice in the minors.
