Vegas Golden Knights home opener for 2024-25 season announced

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The NHL has announced the Vegas Golden Knights’ date and opponent for their 2024-25 season home opener.

Vegas will face the Colorado Avalanche at T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday, Oct. 9. This will also serve as Vegas’ season opener.

The full 82-game regular season schedule will be released on Tuesday.

The Golden Knights already announced their preseason schedule, which will feature four games at home and two on the road.
