The Nashville Predators host the Dallas Stars at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 8, closing out a lengthy home stand before heading to Stockholm, Sweden on Nov. 10.
Nashville (5-7-4, 14 points) have lost three straight, most recently a 3-1 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers on Nov. 6. It was the 11th time this season the Predators have scored two or fewer goals in a game, more than any other team.
After the loss to the Flyers, Ryan O’Reilly heavily criticized his own play, calling it “pathetic.” O’Reilly, along with Filip Forsberg, leads the Predators with six goals.
Dallas (7-4-3, 17 points) have lost three of its last four games, including a 7-5 loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Nov. 6. The Stars have also struggled with goal scoring this season, putting up 2.86 goals per game, which ranks 22nd in the NHL.
Mikko Rantanen leads the Stars with eight goals and 12 assists in 14 games.
The goaltending matchup should feature Juuse Saros for Nashville and Jake Oettinger for Dallas.
The Nashville Predators vs. Dallas Stars game will be televised by FanDuel Sports Network South with streaming available via FUBO and ESPN+ (outside of the Nashville TV market).
