The 63-year-old former NHL defenseman’s mansion is still listed for an eye-watering $60 million.

Chelios is still looking for a buyer for his 3,795 sq. ft multi-million dollar waterfront estate in Malibu’s exclusive Paradise Cove.
The four-bedroom house has been up for sale since 2023.
However, Chelios has been forced to lower the asking price.
It initially failed to sell after being listed for $75 million.

Chelios then lowered the asking price of his luxurious pad to $67.5 million in February 2024.
The latest price equates to an enormous $15,000 per square foot.
Chicago native Chelios started his NHL career with the Montreal Canadiens in 1984.
He then spent nine seasons with his hometown team the Chicago Blackhawks from 1990 to 1999.
His jersey was retired by the Blackhawks last year.
Chelios joined the Detroit Red Wings during the 1998-99 season.
The star defenseman finally ended his professional career with seven appearances for the Atlanta Thrashers during the 2009-10 campaign.
He retired at 48 years old before transitioning to become the Red Wings’ Adviser to Hockey Operations.
Chelios started his broadcasting career with Fox Sports for the 2014 Winter Olympics before joining ESPN two years later.
Former defenseman Chelios was dropped by ESPN in 2023.

He is looking to make a huge return on his Malibu mansion after buying it for just $6 million in 2003.
Chelios has explained that he is looking to purchase another house on the shores of Lake Michigan.
