The Pittsburgh Penguins are still dealing with injuries, but goaltender Tristan Jarry returned to practice Tuesday at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. A couple weeks ago, he was listed as being out for a minimum of three weeks because of a lower-body injury.

Defenseman Jack St. Ivany, who also is injured and has not played this season, joined practice in a white — presumably non-contact — jersey.

Practice seemed to be a fairly well-attended optional session.

In addition, three forwards who have been out were back on the ice — forwards Rickard Rakell, Justin Brazeau and Noel Accairi. Those three skated before the team practiced. It’s not clear whether this was the first time any of them have been back on the ice.

Two weeks ago, Brazeau was listed as being out for at least four weeks, Acciari at least four weeks. Both have upper-body injuries. Rakell is recovering from surgery on a broken hand and is expected to miss several more weeks.

With forward Ville Koivunen now out week to week, the Penguins on Tuesday recalled forward Sam Poulin.
