Oilers at Capitals picks and predictionsPrediction
Capitals 3, Oilers 2
I’m going to side with the CAPITALS (-120) since the Oilers are in the midst of such a long road trip, and Thompson is in goal.
Give me LOGAN THOMPSON OVER 24.5 SAVES (-105). The Caps are one of the more penalized teams (22nd) at 10.1 PIMs per game, and Edmonton should come out firing.
I don’t love it, but give me UNDER 6 (+100). The Capitals have struggled offensively and are 4-6 O/U in their last 10. And I just don’t see Edmonton cracking open Thompson in goal. The Under has cashed in 3 of the last 5 meetings.
