It’s a clash between two of the league’s top rookies as Cooper Flagg and the Mavs take on Cedric Coward and the Grizzlies.
DALLAS — Watch the Dallas Mavericks vs. Memphis Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, on KFAA. Here’s a breakdown on how to tune in on KFAA — and guarantee you get the clearest signal possible of the broadcast.
The Dallas Mavericks (5-12) will host the Memphis Grizzlies (5-11) at home Saturday night. The Mavs are coming off a 118-115 win against the Pelicans in the NBA Cup group matchup.
The  Mavs have been plagued with injuries, but there are moments of hope with this team. PJ Washington and Max Christie’s playmaking and rebounding have been equally critical to the team this season. And although rookie Cooper Flagg missed his first game of the season on Wednesday, he has shown that he will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
The Grizzlies announced that Ja Morant will miss at least two more weeks due to a calf injury he sustained against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Nov. 15. The Grizzlies have struggled with a lot of injuries early on this season, with Jaren Jackson Jr., Ty Jerome, Brandon Clarke, and Scotty Pippen Jr. all missing significant time already.
This is the second meeting between the Mavs and the Grizz; the first resulted in a 118-104 loss on the road in Memphis. Despite the Grizzlies being without their two franchise players in Jackson Jr. and Morant, they blew out the Sacramento Kings Thursday night, 137-96, as the team dished out a franchise-record 42 assists.
It’ll be an exciting game between rookies Cooper Flagg and Cedric Coward, both in the early running for Rookie of the Year.
