Winnipeg Jets D Neal Pionk ruled out with lower body injury vs. Minnesota Wild

Winnipeg Jets’ defenceman Neal Pionk will not return to Sunday’s contest against the Minnesota Wild with a lower-body injury, according to the team.

The 30-year-old registered one hit in 2:05 of ice time in the first period before exiting the game.

In 20 games this season, the 6-foot, 190-pound defender has recorded one goal and four assists.

Pionk has been with the Jets since 2019, putting up 221 points in 455 games in Winnipeg.
