*Despite the Flyers having a full off day yesterday, it certainly wasn’t a slow news day. First, the Flyers announced that Oliver Bonk has finally been cleared to return to action, and he’s been assigned to the Phantoms. [BSH]
*That was the good news of the day. The bad news was also the bigger news, that Tyson Foerster’s going to be sidelined for a few months with an upper body injury. [BSH]
*Earlier in the day, we talked about some potential options to replace him in the lineup. [BSH]
*And ultimately, or at least for now, they opted to call up Carl Grundström. [BSH]
*The Flyers will be back at it again tonight, and looking to bounce back from a showing against the Penguins which was… not very good. [PHLY]
