Dallas Stars forward Tyler Seguin, 33, suffered a torn ACL in his right knee during the first period of Tuesday’s game against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden, Audacy KRLD reported.
He collided with Rangers defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov, went down in visible pain, couldn’t skate, and required assistance from teammates and trainers to exit the ice.
Gulutzan said the team did not get positive news on Wednesday about Seguin’s knee after it was looked at more closely.
