» The Huskies are set to wrap up the first half of the season with a home and home series
vs. Merrimack College.
» The Huskies are coming off a 3-3 tie vs. Stonehill College. Carlin Dezainde scored two
goals including the game tying goal, while Kaden Shahan scored his third goal in the
last four games.
» This will be the 2nd and 3rd matchup between UConn and Merrimack. The first match-
up took place on November 1 which resulted in a 5-1 win for the Huskies.
» Kaden Shahan has found his offensive stride of late. The Sophomore has scored 3 goals
in the last 4 games and is now tied for the team lead with 10 points. Shahan has 4 goals
and 6 assists for 10 points while freshman Alexandre Blais and sophomore Mike Murtagh both have 3 goals and 7 assists for 10 points.
» The line of Alexandre Blais, Carlin Dezainde and Kaden Shahan has been a strong line
for the Huskies, most recently they accounted for 6 total points vs. Stonehill College (3
