Montreal Canadiens prospect Alexander Zharovsky is continuing to shine in the KHL, and he has now been rewarded for it.

Zharovsky has been named KHL Rookie of the Month for the second month in a row. This comes after the Canadiens prospect posted two goals and four points in nine games for Salavat Yulaev of the KHL in November.

This is just the latest impressive accomplishment for Zharovsky this season. The 18-year-old forward is thriving in the KHL this year, as he currently has eight goals, 12 assists, 20 points, and a plus-4 rating in 23 games. With this, there is no question that the 2025 second-round pick is showing off his offensive potential in the KHL this campaign.

Zharovsky will now be looking to continue to perform well in the KHL from here. If he does, it will only create more excitement about the youngster’s future with the Canadiens.Â
