The 2025 NHL Draft is just about 48 hours away, starting at 7 p.m. on the East Coast Friday night. The New York Islanders, as you are all well aware, draft first overall.

For what seems to be a frenetic trade market, the substance has lagged far behind thus far. The Islanders are reportedly pursuing multiple avenues, but the reality is unknown. To this point, rookie GM Mathieu Darche has done a phenomenal job at keeping his cards close to his vest.

With uncertainty surrounding Noah Dobson and Alexander Romanov’s futures, along with mock proposals coming every day, I figured now’s the time to open up the mailbag for you all to submit your best trade proposals involving the Islanders. Jordan Kyrou and JJ Peterka are two names linked to the Islanders in recent days.

I will then break it down and tell you who would say, and who’d say yes.
