The Lindenwood Women’s Hockey team has announced their latest recruiting class which features four forwards and two defenseman from three different countries and one player from the United States. All five recruits from overseas have played for their respective home countries and have had success on the national stage, while Kate Graham comes from Port Huron, Michigan where she has spent the last five seasons playing for the Detroit Little Caesars as a Defenseman.Â
Tiril ArntzenÂ
Hometown: Oslo, Norway
Team: Valerenga (Norway), Norwegian National Team
Position: Forward
Tiril Arntzen is a Forward from Oslo, Norway and has spent the last five seasons playing for Valerenga and has also spent some time playing for the Norwegian National Team. During her time with Valerenga, Arntzen appeared in 118 games where she recorded 119 points. The 18 year old Forward had her best season in 2024-25 where she scored 28 goals and added 28 assists over 29 games played to finish the season with 56 points. In her career with Valerenga, Tiril has scored 56 goals and recorded 63 assists in five seasons. Arntzen will be joining the Lindenwood squad starting in 2026-27. Â
Tilde SimensenÂ
Hometown: Halden, Norway
Team: Stavanger Oilers (Norway), Norwegian National Team
Position: Forward
Tilde Simensen is also a Forward from Halden, Norway where she played for the Stavanger Oilers and the Norwegian National Team. Simensen has recorded 55 points across the last two seasons, appearing in 26 games for the Oilers where she scored 29 goals to go along with 26 assists. Prior to playing with Stavanger, Tilde also spent time with Valerenga for her first two seasons of her career where she scored 18 goals and added 26 assists in 45 games played. In 2023-24, Simensen added 13 points on the Norway U18 team in just five games played, scoring 10 goals and recording three assists.Â
Thea RustbakkenÂ
Hometown: Oslo, Norway
Team: Lillehammer (Norway), Norwegian National Team
Position: Defense
The final recruit from Norway is Defenseman Thea Rustbakken. Rustbakken is a native of Oslo, Norway and has played for Lillehammer and the Norweigen National Team. She has spent the last four seasons with Lillehammer, where she has played in 86 games and totaled 66 points during that stretch. Her best season was in 2023-24 when she scored six goals and had 17 assists in 24 games played, finishing the season with a +22. During that same year, Thea played for the Norway U18 team and played in five games registering four goals and two assists.Â
Maddalena Bedont
Hometown: Masi Di Cavalese, Italy
Team: TPS (Finland), Italian National Team
Position: Defense
Maddalena Bedont is a Defenseman from Masi Di Cavalese, Italy where she has played for the Italian National Team and TPS. While playing for the Italy U18 team, Bedont has played in 15 games over the last three seasons and has scored two goals to go along with six assists. During the current season for TPS, Maddalena has appeared in 12 games so far and has recorded seven points with two goals scored and five assists. Bedont will be joining the 2026-27 Lindenwood squad and will look to help strengthen the blue line for the Lions.Â
Krisztina WeilerÂ
Hometown: Budapest, Hungary
Team: Ontario Hockey Academy, Hungarian National Team
Position: Forward
Krisztina Weiler is a Forward from Budapest, Hungary and has played for the Ontario Hockey Academy and the Hungarian National Team. While with the Ontario Hockey Academy, Weiler has played in 100 games where she registered 118 points over the past two seasons. In 2024-25, she scored 37 goals and added 25 assists across 44 games to finish the season with a remarkable 72 points. She followed that season with 45 points in 2025-26 as she scored 23 goals and had 22 assists across 51 games. As a member of the Hungarian National Team, Krisztina has totaled 11 points in 31 games played scoring four goals and adding seven assists across four seasons.Â
Kate GrahamÂ
Hometown: Port Huron, Michigan
Team: Detroit Little Caesars
Position: Defense
Kate Graham is a native of Port Huron, Michigan which is the same hometown as Head Coach Taylor Wasylk. Graham played for the Detroit Little Caesars for the last five seasons as a Defenseman and will be joining the Lions in 2026-27.Â
