Another week has passed, and it’s time for another LA Kings‘ weekly prospect update. This week’s update was highlighted by the organization’s number-one prospect, Liam Greentree.
Greentree played in one game for the Windsor Spitfires (OHL) during the week and recorded three points (1 G, 2 A) in the team’s 6-3 victory over the Peterborough Petes. That game wasn’t the highlight of Greentree’s week, though.

The 19-year-old forward was named to Team Canada’s World Junior Training Camp roster at the beginning of the week. It’s his final year of eligibility for the tournament. Greentree has 32 points (16 G, 16 A) in 23 games as the team captain for the Spitfires.
