During the Tampa Bay Lightning’s game against the St. Louis Blues, Darren Raddysh hit a major milestone when he tallied his third point of the night.

Raddysh’s assist on Anthony Cirelli’s goal near the halfway mark in the second period marked the defenseman’s 100th career point in the NHL.

The 29-year-old Toronto native has had an unlikely road to success throughout his career. After going undrafted, Raddysh spent some time in the Chicago Blackhawks organization before being traded to the New York Rangers in 2019. He eventually signed with the Lightning in the summer of 2021, then made his NHL debut during the 2021-22 season.

Since then, Raddysh has become a reliable right-handed defender for the Bolts and this season, he has been playing the best hockey of his career. His 100th career point, all of which have come as a member of the Lightning, came in his 206th career game.

At the time of writing, Raddysh’s 30th game of the season is in progress and he’s recorded 27 points during the 2025-26 campaign. His current career high is 37 points, which he set last season, when he played in 73 games. He’ll likely blow that number out of the water if he keeps playing like he has so far this season.
