The Winnipeg Jets and Montreal Canadiens will face off in the 2026 Alumni Game as part of the NHL Heritage Classic weekend.
The game will be played Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Canada Life Centre.
Preliminary rosters were unveiled by former Jets captain Blake Wheeler and former Canadiens captain and Winnipeg native Mike Keane. The Jets alumni lineup is expected to include Wheeler, Andrew Ladd, Bryan Little, Dustin Byfuglien, Paul Stastny, Mathieu Perreault and Chris Thorburn. The Canadiens alumni roster is set to feature Keane, Patrice Brisebois, Dale Weise, David Desharnais, Paul Byron and David Savard.
Wheeler and Keane will also take part in a ceremonial puck drop during tonight’s game to mark the announcement.
Season ticket members will receive priority access to tickets, while fans without season tickets can place a deposit for the 2026–27 season on the Jets’ website.
Additional details, including start time, broadcast information and ticket sales, will be announced at a later date.
