McGing was recalled from AHL Springfield under emergency conditions Thursday.
McGing was sent to the minors in mid-December, but he’ll rejoin the NHL club after Dylan Holloway (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Thursday. McGing appeared in three games with the Blues last month, logging a goal, an assist and two blocked shots while averaging 10:52 of ice time.
