The Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games are officially underway, and Minnesota is very well represented.

Between the Olympic and Paralympic squads, 29 Minnesotans are on Team USA in 2026. The only state with more representatives is Colorado, which has 32. Wisconsin is eighth with 11.

However, Minnesota’s ties to the Olympics extend beyond Team USA. Altogether, more than 70 competitors at the Winter Games have some link to the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
