The Sabres picked up their second straight win out over the break. They entered the break in a rough stretch and now they’re averaging 2.5 goals per game while allowing 1.5 goals per game.
Tampa Bay Lightning News & Notes:
The Lightning had their six-game winning streak snapped on Thursday with a 5-4 loss to the Hurricanes. They did win their first game back from the Olympic break on Wednesday with a 4-2 win over the Maple Leafs. The Lightning lead the Atlantic Division still and will look to extend that lead tonight.
