Los Angeles Kings forward Andrei Kuzmenko is listed as week-to-week after undergoing successful surgery to repair a torn meniscus, the team announced Saturday.

The 30-year-old Russian didn’t play Thursday against the Edmonton Oilers after picking up two assists against the Vegas Golden Knights in the team’s first game back following the Olympic break.

Kuzmenko has tallied 13 goals and 12 assists over 52 games with the Kings in 2025-26, his first full season with the franchise.

Kuzmenko is making $4.3 million this season and is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this summer.

In a corresponding move, defenceman Angus Booth has been recalled from the American Hockey League.

Los Angeles is 23-21-14 on the season, three points behind the Seattle Kraken for the second and final Wild Card spot in the Western Conference.
