The Philadelphia Flyers claimed veteran forward Luke Glendening off waivers on Friday afternoon.
The Vancouver Canucks also nabbed forward Curtis Douglas from the Tampa Bay Lightning while the Florida Panthers nabbed winger Cole Reinhardt off waivers from the Vegas Golden Knights.

Glendening, 36, had four assists in 52 games with the Devils this season.
An NHL veteran of 916 career games, Glendening has scored 83 goals with 170 points, split between the Detroit Red Wings, Stars, Lightning and Devils.
Douglas, 26, had two assists in 29 games with the Lightning this season. He also appeared in six games with the AHL’s Syracuse Crunch, recording one assist.
A fourth-round pick (106th overall) by the Dallas Stars in 2018, Douglas has played in 267 career AHL games, scoring 37 goals with 98 points split between Belleville Senators, Toronto Marlies, Tucson Roadrunners and Crunch.
Reinhardt scored three goals with seven points in 44 appearances with Vegas this season. The 26-year-old has four goals and nine points in 62 career NHL games split between the Ottawa Senators and Golden Knights.
